Raspberry Ice Cream Punch
Ingredients for 6 people:
– 100 ml of raspberry syrup
– 500 g raspberry
– 2 liters of sparkling mineral water
– 500 ml raspberry ice cream or raspberry sorbet
This is how you do it: Mix the syrup and raspberries and fill with mineral water in a deep bowl. Put a scoop of ice cream or sorbet in each glass and pour the raspberry punch on top.
