preparation: 1.) First you peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces 2.) Then you peel the garlic 3.) Now you put the cucumber and garlic together in a blender and puree both. Then add the parsley. 4) Now everything is filled with tomato juice and crushed again. 5) Finally, season with pepper and as little sea herb salt as possible. 6) Let it cool well in the refrigerator until their consumption. If necessary, sprinkle with parsley before serving. Finished!
