Google has released a small update for Maps these days, as of now the earth is no longer flat. Now Flat Earth theorists will probably have to switch to another tool, because the Earth is now round in Google Maps on the web desktop. Visible only when completely zoomed out of the map. Until a few days ago, the Earth could only be seen on 2D maps. Everything is still mobile as before, you can’t get that far away there.

Shared location with battery level

As is known, you can share your current location via Maps, where the battery level of the respective person is now also displayed. If the location doesn’t change, it could be because the battery is flat and you’ll see it right away. But aside from this fact that panic may not be appropriate right away, I don’t see any advantage in this.
