Production is already in the starting blocks and should start in a few weeks. And now the director and writer James Gunn announced that the script for “Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2” is ready.
The sequel to the hit space adventure will hit local theaters on April 27, 2017. Filming should begin in a few weeks. Then again Chris Pratt as Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora and Dave Bautista as Drax go in front of the camera. The kind of adventure that the company of chaos will experience on screen is written in the script by James Gunn. The filmmaker recently put the finishing touches on it, he announced on Facebook.
The cast of “Guardians Of The Galaxy Volume 2” is almost complete, Gunn said via Twitter. Vin Diesel is also there again as the tree man Groot, and Pom Klementieff as Mantis is new. Kurt Russell is said to play Star-Lord’s father. Their engagement has yet to be officially confirmed.
