It is true that you can argue about the design of the Honda Jazz. The vehicle looks like a small classic Asian car. But when it comes to being environmentally friendly, jazz definitely stands out. Because the car will be sold exclusively as a hybrid model from mid-2020.
2020 Honda Jazz: increased field of vision
Honda came up with something new in terms of design in the 2020 Jazz. The A-pillars are only half the width of the previous model and improve the field of vision to the front. In addition to a gasoline engine, two electric motors provide the hybrid propulsion, but the manufacturer has yet to give specific details on their performance. In addition to an electric generator, an electric drive motor is always used. Honda emphasizes that the hybrid system has been developed especially for the Jazz.
A WiFi access point is used inside the Honda Jazz, connecting the occupants and the car to the outside world. An integrated LED touch screen should work like a smartphone. User can swipe through app and media list. The connection of the smartphone through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is also part of the equipment of the new Honda Jazz.
Among other things, better detection of pedestrians and cyclists should ensure greater safety. According to the manufacturer, the associated collision warning system will also work in the future at night without public lighting. An additional emergency braking function kicks in when approaching vehicles cross the Jazz’s path or turn into its lane.

Other new features made possible by the new camera and increase safety in even more situations: Adaptive cruise control now allows the vehicle ahead to follow the vehicle ahead at low speed in heavy traffic, while the warning system Lane Change can now be used on multi-lane highways as well as city center roads. It is mounted and can be used on rural roads.
New: Honda Jazz Crosstar
By the way, the newest addition to the 2020 Jazz series is the Crosstar version in a modern crossover style. In terms of handling and equipment, this off-road vehicle is identical to the standard model. However, the Honda Jazz Crosstar has more ground clearance, a separate radiator grill design, and integrated roof rails.
There is currently no information on pricing for the new Honda Jazz. Honda won’t reveal how much hybrid cars will cost until market launch in 2020.
