Good old Roland dug deep again and found some official-looking press photos of the upcoming OnePlus 6T. Much hasn’t changed as usual, but the midnight black version has gotten really stylish. Roland Quandt is known for his good contacts in the industry and somehow managed to get a render of the OnePlus 6T this time. They show: As usual, the 6T is just a boring update compared to the ‘flagship killer’ of Spring 2018.

The black version with a reflective surface is also used here. The midnight black model is now matte and looks really stylish. The fingerprint sensor is no longer on the back, but under the screen. That grows a bit thanks to the shrinking notch, which now only houses the front camera and on top of it the receiver.

No headphone jack, but with a bigger battery

Unfortunately, the headphone jack is no longer necessary, but there is more room for the battery. It is no longer 3300 mAh, but 3700 mAh and therefore should have a few more hours on the clock. The rest of the hardware of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 and 8 GB of RAM remains, the camera remains intact according to the current state. It is conceivable that the memory is greater.

October is a pretty busy month in this smartphone year. The OnePlus 6T is expected to be unveiled on October 17, so it won’t be long. But the competition is by no means sleeping. The Google Pixel 3 (XL) and the Huawei Mate 20 (Pro), for example, will also be waiting for us shortly. You can find all the photos on WinFuture.
