Around 2 pm, a passerby observed a vehicle driven by a woman, driving in meandering lines down Hafenstrasse. It hit the curb on the right edge of the road several times, causing the right front tire to explode. The woman kept driving anyway and then collided with a parked truck. When the woman continued her journey, the passerby called the police.
As part of the search, the vehicle was found in the Nuremberg district of Eibach. The 61-year-old driver parked her vehicle there after colliding with two other vehicles parked on the left side of the lane.
The 61-year-old man was heavily intoxicated at more than 2.2 per thousand. The driver’s license was insured. Material damage is estimated at several thousand euros. Now it must answer, among other things, for the suspicion of endangering road traffic and the unauthorized removal from the scene of the accident. /
