Oppo introduced the new Ace 2 on Easter Monday, the smartphone is high-end in terms of performance and is only cautious with the camera.
Oppo hadn’t installed wireless charging on the Find X2 Pro either, so the OnePlus 8 Pro is a bit ahead of its own competition. But now Oppo is getting better with the new Ace 2, which is basically a flagship smartphone too. At least that’s what the built-in Snapdragon 865 processor that Oppo uses in the Ace2 says. It’s not the top shelf, with a 6.55-inch 90HZ OLED screen, 8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of storage, but almost.
Oppo targets current Lite with system performance
For the main camera, Oppo uses a 48 MP sensor (IMX 586), which is expanded with a depth, macro and ultra wide angle sensor (119 degrees). There is even 5G for radio. Wireless charging is straight to a new level thanks to Oppo and at 40 watts it even offers more than OnePlus. Through the associated power supply, 65 watts of power can be fed to the device, so the 4000 mAh battery always charges quickly both ways.
5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1 and in the top model is the LPDDR5 RAM, so the Ace 2 can definitely generate interest on our part. Initially, the Android smartphone was only introduced in China, but the now stronger presence in Germany gives hope for the local market launch.
