Season 3 teaser "Jessica jones": Then the latest Netflix Marvel series comes to an end

The upcoming season “Jessica Jones” is special because it will end the Netflix Marvel series. In the first sneak peek, the detective receives an unpleasant visit and the start date is revealed.

When the first of several new Marvel series began on Netflix in 2015 with “Daredevil,” some fans were expecting a close tie to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which is well known in the cinema, which never actually existed (also because these series were not made by the film company that is responsible for “Avengers” & Co.). For this, “Daredevil”, “Jessica Jones”, “Luke Cage”, “Iron Fist” and “Punisher” formed their own history of crossover series, with a team series called “The Defenders”.

With the exception of “Defenders,” each of these Marvel shows now has at least two seasons, and each of them has been declared over. Viewership has apparently dropped, and Netflix wants to produce its own series entirely under its own roof in the future and Disney needs exclusive content for Netflix’s next competitor, Disney +. The third season of “Jessica Jones” with Krysten Ritter as a drunk, super strong and short-tempered detective will be the last of the cosmos of the Netflix series Marvel.

That’s what the third season of “Jessica Jones” is about

All 13 episodes of the new season will be available on Netflix starting June 14, 2019. According to the official synopsis, this time Jessica meets a very smart psychopath. She and Trish (Rachael Taylor) have to fix their broken relationship and get back together. But a terrible loss reveals that they both have completely different ideas about what it means to be a hero. The two are on a collision course …

As it stands, fans can look forward to the return of a villain who has long occupied Jessica Jones:
