Sony is already planning the next mid-range smartphone with the Xperia XA3, and now there’s a full first look at the new Android phone with pictures and videos. Sony will do something about the design and the rear camera will be new too. A nearly 6-inch screen will be installed on the front, which has no notch and comes in 18: 9 format. USB-C and 3.5 jack will be available, as well as all other modern modules of a good Android smartphone. A comparable and larger Ultra model can also be expected.
No standard design
There are currently no details on the internal hardware, but I would expect a Snapdragon 660 and 4 gigabytes of RAM. The camera should be more exciting anyway, as the wheat is often separated from the chaff in the high-priced middle class. By the way, I like how Sony sticks to an iconic design; also applies to the fingerprint sensor on the frame of the case.
When will we know more? Maybe not until CES earlier this year.
