Tchibo is improving three of its own rates for smartphones, which now provide more data for mobile Internet.
Other affordable rate providers are changing their portfolios at the start of the new year. Tchibo now also offers more data volume for new and existing customers on three smartphone tariffs. Tchibo’s portfolio consists of a total of four smartphone tariffs with a flat rate for the entire network included. It is prepaid, so invoicing is done every four weeks and not once a month. Telefónica’s network broadcasts with access to LTE for the best mobile Internet.

The rates now look like this:
- Smart S, 1GB, € 7.99
- Smart M, 3 GB, € 9.99
- Smart L, 5 GB, € 14.99
- Smart XL, 7 GB, € 19.99
There is also an annual flat fee that costs € 99 once. It includes a data volume of 1.5 GB (4 weeks each) and a flat rate for the entire network for telephony and SMS. There may not be an automatic switch for existing customers, so customer service will need to initiate a switch to the enhanced rates.
There is also an improvement in the data plans, which now offer a data volume of 3.5 GB, 5.5 GB and 7 GB.
