This chicken veggie skillet is light but tasty
Quantity: 4 portionskcal / person: 360 kcalPreparation time: 30 minutesRecipe type: Low in fatIngredients and quantities: – 500 g of chicken breast fillet- 200 g of sweet peas- 1 bunch of carrots- 100 g of mixed sprouts- 1 bunch of chives- 150 g of skim cheese- 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil- 1 pinch of salt- 1 pinch of pepper- 100 ml of vegetable broth
preparation: 1.) First you have to rinse the chicken breast, dry it and cut it into strips.
2.) Next, wash and clean the sweet peas. Peel and wash the carrots and, depending on the size, cut in half. Wash the sprouts and chives, clean the chives and cut diagonally into pieces. Cut the cheese into strips.
3.) Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast until golden brown all over. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the carrots, sweet peas, and chives and sauté. Pour in the broth and cook covered for about 10 to 15 minutes.
4.) Now you add the sprouts and heat them briefly. Season the vegetable skillet with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the cheese on top, let it melt a little and serve. Enjoy your meal!
